Finding Your Cozy Corner on YouTube

Published On: October 30, 2026Categories: Events, Technology, VideoTags:

YouTube can feel like a big mystery and comes with lots of questions: “Should I be there?” “Do I need a fancy camera?” “Do I have to learn thumbnails and fight the algorithm?”

This will be an open conversation where we discuss how we use YouTube already, and think about how video might fit into your creative world. Come with questions, doubts, and curiosity.

We’ll hit upon stuff like:

  • Whether YouTube belongs in your plans at all, and what “being on YouTube” can mean
  • Using YouTube as a quiet home for your videos, without chasing views or going viral
  • Embedding video on your own website so people can see who you are
  • What’s worked (and hasn’t) for the creatives on the call, including people with active YouTube channels

You’ll walk away with ideas, a sense of whether YouTube (or video in general) is for you, and the comfort of knowing other creative folks are wondering about the same things!
